Those words echoed as I lay crushed on the highway, my legs shattered by a Winnebago that had just run over me.
Instead of surrendering to shock and trauma, I took control of my mind and used techniques I'd developed over decades to stay alive, conscious, and functioning.
The doctors said I'd never walk again.
Two years later, I completed two triathlons.
This wasn't my first "impossible" transformation
Before that I created a health program , which I used to lose 100 pounds, and later to conquer and heal life threatening heart failure and cancer. Today at 85 plus I am vital and robust in mind, body and spirit.
How?
Through six decades of clinical practice and my own life-altering experiences, I uncovered a fundamental truth about human potential:
The mind is the most powerful tool you possess – but if you don't become its boss, it will become your prison.
During 64 years as a clinical psychologist, I've developed a system that puts you in the driver's seat of your own mind – making the involuntary, voluntary.
Now, I'm sharing this system as a 7-week course teaching a small group of dedicated individuals how to:
