After 65 Years, I Finally Wrote the Book I Wish I'd Had at 20

I'm 86 years old.

I've been a clinical psychologist for over six decades.

And I'll tell you something—most of what passes for mental health advice these days is unnecessarily complicated.

When a Winnebago crushed both my legs on the Pacific Coast Highway, I didn't have time for hour-long meditation sessions or expensive therapy programs. I had about 90 seconds to prevent my body from going into shock and potentially killing me.

The techniques that saved my life that day are the same ones I'm sharing in this book. Simple. Practical. No equipment required.

After treating thousands of patients and surviving multiple cancer, heart failure, I've learned something important: the tools that work in a crisis are the same ones that transform your daily life.

The problem is, most people never learn them. I went to college for 11 years, got my doctorate in psychology, and nobody ever taught me how to actually control my mind. That's ridiculous.

So I wrote the manual I wish someone had given me at 20.

My Gift to You

I know that reading about these techniques isn't enough—you need to practice them consistently. That's why I'm giving you my complete Mind Mastery Practice Workbook:

31-Day Practice Tracker - Check off each technique daily across all 7 tools

Daily Anchor Points Planner - Link practices to things you already do (like "while coffee brews → 30 seconds conscious breathing")

Complete Golden Light Script - The exact visualization I used to heal my crushed legs

Inner Voice Transformer - Turn "I'm such an idiot" into genuine self-support

Weekly Mood Boss Tracker - Morning intention, midday check, evening reflection

Situation-Specific Guides - What to do when anxious, overwhelmed, or can't sleep

These tools bridge the gap between reading about mind mastery and actually achieving it.

The Complete Master Your Mind Practice Toolkit
I'm giving them to you free because these techniques only work when you practice them consistently.

Testimonials

About Dr. Richard Louis Miller:

At 86, I maintain an active clinical practice and continue hosting my Mind Body Health & Politics radio show after 20 years. My work has reached over 200,000 followers on Instagram and I've served as consultant to the U.S. Department of Justice and President's Commission on Mental Health.

But more importantly, I've lived these techniques through cancer, heart failure, and helping my wife through her own cancer journey. They work not because I say so, but because I've proven it with my own life.

After 65 years of practice, I've learned that sometimes individual guidance can compress years of trial-and-error into months of focused progress.
